DE C.V., (hereinafter «NATURAL INTELLIGENCE FOR BUSINESS», and / or «NATURAL INTELLIGENCE» and / or «NAINTEMX»), with an address located at Manuel Doblado, 105, Colonia PALO BLANCO, 66236, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, and website www.naintemx.com, is responsible for the treatment and protection of your personal data, and in this regard we inform you the following:

Natural Intelligence is a company dedicated to provide business consulting services in the legal and administrative areas, as well as business coaching services.

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes, and are exclusively for «NATURAL INTELLIGENCE» services:

• Legal consulting and administrative consulting services.
• Human capital coaching services.

According to the contracted service, we will need the following of your personal data:

• Biometric data: For the full identification of the holder, in letters, contracts, agreements, demands, among other documents.
• Labor data: For the evaluation, hiring and selection of the client, in a specific position or workplace.
• Academic data: For the knowledge of studies, degrees, profile and aptitudes of the holder, that allow the identification of competencies and the knowledge evaluation.
• Migratory data: For the knowledge of the nationality and legal stay of the holder in Mexico.
• Asset and / or financial data: For the provision of various legal and administrative services required by the client.
• Legal, administrative, and human capital data: For the provision of various legal and administrative consulting services, in addition to coaching services that the client contracts with Natural Intelligence.
• Data related to the insertion and employment of people with disabilities: For the provision of various legal and administrative consulting services, in addition to coaching services that the client contracts with Natural Intelligence.
• Tax and tax data: For the provision of various legal and administrative consulting services, in addition to coaching services that the client contracts with Natural Intelligence.

In addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes reported in this privacy notice we will use the following personal data considered sensitive, which require special protection:

• Data related to people’s disabilities: For the provision of various legal and administrative consulting services, in addition to coaching services that the client contracts with Natural Intelligence.

ARCO rights

Access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or oppose its treatment.

In this notice, we inform you that at all times you have the right to know what personal data we collect, the purpose and conditions of its treatment (Access).

Likewise, you can request the correction of your personal data if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification).

1. c) We will respond to your request within a period that will not exceed twenty business days, which will start counting from the day your request is received.
2. d) The means by which we will communicate the response to your request to exercise ARCO rights will be through the data you provide in your request.

Personal Data Protection Measures

Natural Intelligence will implement administrative, physical, and technical necessary measures according to its capacity and concerning the type of data it deals with, to guarantee the security, integrity, and privacy of your data.

Natural Intelligence may need to transfer the data to third parties with whom it maintains commercial or professional relationships for the improvement of the commercial and / or professional services agreed between Natural Intelligence and the clients.

In terms of the foregoing, Natural Intelligence may assign and / or transfer the data, both to natural and legal persons, national or foreign, if the client signs this Notice or does not exercise a right of opposition per the provisions of this privacy notice.

The collected data treatment by Natural Intelligence whether personally, directly, and / or indirectly from its client, will be carried out per these terms and conditions, so that, from this moment, it is understood that the client grants your consent to said treatment, unless there is an express communication for the client to express to Natural Intelligence his refusal to process his data, following the mechanisms for the exercise of ARCO Rights.

Regarding the processing of personal data considered sensitive, we inform you that the client must grant express consent in writing, for which he must send Natural Intelligence a printed copy of this privacy notice duly signed by the client.

This privacy notice may undergo modifications, changes, or updates derived from new legal requirements; of our own needs for the products or services we offer; of our privacy practices; changes in our business model, or for other reasons, which is why we undertake to keep you informed about the changes made to the privacy notice, through our website, e-mail, address and telephone number referred in advance.
